Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2026 (last updated)

Welcome to madeksholaw.com (the "Site"), operated by Madeksho Law ("Madeksho Law," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. They explain the rules for using the Site and important information about your legal rights. We have tried to write them in plain language, because we know many of our visitors are facing a serious diagnosis or grieving a loved one.

If you need to speak with someone right away, you do not need to read this page first — call us at 888-910-MESO (6376). There is never a charge to talk with a lawyer.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of someone else (for example, a family member who is ill or has passed away), you confirm that you are authorized to do so. The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

2. Informational Purposes Only — Not Legal or Medical Advice

Everything on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation, and it may not reflect the most current legal developments. Laws and deadlines differ from state to state and change over time.

The medical and health information on this Site is general background only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for the care or advice of a licensed physician. Do not stop taking a prescribed medication, or start or change any medical treatment, without first consulting your doctor.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, based on anything on this Site without first seeking advice from a qualified attorney and, where appropriate, a medical professional. Legal claims are subject to statutes of limitations — strict deadlines that can permanently bar your claim if you wait too long. Because those deadlines vary by state and by type of claim, please contact us or another attorney promptly.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using this Site, reading its contents, calling a phone number listed here, sending us an email, or submitting our contact or consultation form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Madeksho Law. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when (a) we have checked for and cleared any conflicts of interest, (b) we agree in writing to represent you, and (c) you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement. Until all of those steps are complete, you are not our client, and we are not acting as your lawyers.

4. Do Not Send Confidential or Time-Sensitive Information

Because no attorney-client relationship exists until we have signed a written agreement with you, please do not send us confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through this Site, the contact form, email, or chat. Information you send us before we agree to represent you may not be treated as confidential or privileged, and sending it will not, by itself, prevent us from representing another person in the same matter. The internet is not a fully secure method of communication; do not assume that anything you transmit is private or secure. If your matter is urgent or a deadline may be approaching, please call us at 888-910-MESO (6376).

5. Attorney Advertising

This Site is a communication about the Firm's services and may be considered attorney advertising. Madeksho Law, with its principal office in Houston, Texas, is responsible for the content of this Site. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements. Free background information about the Firm and its attorneys is available upon request.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Any references on this Site to verdicts, settlements, recoveries, amounts obtained, awards, or other past successes describe results in specific past matters. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter, including yours. Every case is different and must be judged on its own facts. Where this Site states a recovery amount, that amount reflects the result in a particular client's matter and does not reflect fees, costs, or the amount ultimately received by the client unless expressly stated. No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.

7. Testimonials

The written and video testimonials on this Site are the genuine statements and personal experiences of past clients or their family members, shared with permission. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction about the outcome of your matter. Testimonials are not necessarily representative of every client's experience, and each client's results depend on the unique facts of their case. Some testimonials may have been lightly edited for length or clarity.

8. Where We Are Licensed; Multi-State Practice

Madeksho Law maintains offices in Houston, Texas and the Los Angeles area (Woodland Hills, California), and works with clients nationwide. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law only in the states identified in their individual biographies on this Site. This Site is not intended to solicit clients in, and the Firm does not hold itself out as practicing law in, any jurisdiction where its attorneys are not licensed or otherwise authorized to practice.

Because we represent clients across the country, the Firm may associate with, work alongside, or refer all or part of a matter to other attorneys or law firms in other states, depending on the nature and venue of the case. When Madeksho Law associates with other counsel, it does so only with the client's informed written consent and in accordance with the applicable rules of professional conduct. Any division of fees among lawyers not in the same firm does not increase the total fee charged to the client.

9. Fees

Madeksho Law generally handles cases on a contingency-fee basis, which means that for those matters we charge no attorney's fee unless we obtain a recovery on your behalf. Whether you will be obligated to pay for other expenses, such as court costs and litigation expenses, will be addressed in your written engagement agreement. Any specific fee arrangement applies only to the matters described in a signed written agreement between you and the Firm.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site — including text, articles, blog posts, graphics, logos, the "Madeksho Law" name and marks, page layouts, images, and videos — is owned by or licensed to Madeksho Law and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Madeksho Law. All rights reserved.

11. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may view, download, and print pages from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any other purpose; (b) use any automated means (such as scrapers or bots) to access or harvest content; (c) use the Site or any contact information on it to send unsolicited communications or bulk advertising; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation or security; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time.

12. User Submissions and Contact-Form Terms

When you submit information through our contact or consultation form, chat, or by email, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the person to whom it relates or are authorized to provide it. As explained in Sections 3 and 4, submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not include confidential or time-sensitive details. We will handle the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission.

13. Consent to Communications (Phone and Text/SMS)

When you provide your telephone number through our contact or consultation form, you authorize Madeksho Law and those acting on its behalf to contact you by phone, email, and — if you separately check the SMS consent box — by text message (SMS) at the number you provide, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, scheduling a consultation, and following up about your potential matter.

By checking the SMS box, you agree to receive text messages from Madeksho Law related to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and case-related and follow-up communications at the number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of legal representation. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We will honor opt-out and revocation requests made by any reasonable means. Your phone number and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details about how we use your information.

15. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, government resources, medical information, or social-media pages for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and policies.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madeksho Law disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madeksho Law and its partners, attorneys, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or any content on it — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This Section governs only your use of the Site; it does not limit, alter, or waive any duty the Firm owes to a client under a signed engagement agreement or under the applicable rules of professional conduct.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madeksho Law and its attorneys, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

19. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, our SMS practices, and your choices. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls as to that subject.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision applies to disputes about the Site and these Terms; it does not govern the venue or law applicable to any client's underlying legal matter, which is determined separately by the engagement agreement and applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Modification of These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
